What we inspect (and why it matters)

Our AVI platforms are designed to catch the real production killers—scratches, material shortage, impurities, wrinkles, white/black spots, waviness, bubbles, bulges, dents, cracks, contamination, and color stains—with high-speed imaging architectures suited for mass production.

Vision stack: 2D + 3D, integrated into automation

We integrate 2D & 3D vision (defect detection, measurement, and OCR) into automation workflows, using established industrial platforms (VisionPro® and HALCON) and connecting results directly into the machine logic for closed-loop decisions.
For complex handling/assembly scenarios, our 3D vision capability is also used to identify parts and position coordinates for robotic execution—supporting high-yield automation outcomes.

High-resolution, high-throughput camera architectures

We build inspection machines using line-scan + area-array camera combinations to cover large surfaces and fine features efficiently, for example:

  • 3 × 8K line-scan camera configuration with UPH 300 and misprediction/misdetection rate ≤ 0.5% (example platform).

  • 5 × 4K line-scan + 4 × area-array cameras with UPH 360 and misprediction/misdetection rate ≤ 0.5% (example platform).

Flagship AVI platforms (examples from deployed solutions)

1) Universal FPC AVI – dual-side inspection at production speed
Engineered for high-defect coverage in a single synchronized cycle, achieving 2.8s cycle time with AI analyzing 28 images to detect 102 defects.
Key mechanical advantage: a maglev-driven, wireless power system enabling stable flipping for dual-side imaging, plus <30-minute changeover using a quick-change pick-up module.
For flexible production, the platform uses an adaptive carrier with custom IO and WiFi modules for rapid, tool-less configuration switching.

2) Universal FPC AVI – scalable throughput and integration
A universal architecture designed for multi-model production, delivering UPH 4,000, compact footprint, and a data-driven approach using centralized AI data for optimization.

3) Smart MIC AVI – code reading + barcode + AI inspection
Built for flexible production operation with fully automated code reading, barcode recognition, switchable manual/automatic loading & unloading, and AI-based visual inspection supporting bulk or single-piece inspection modes.

4) Mini / Universal Mini FPC AVI – compact automation with measurable ROI
A compact, easy-to-integrate inspection solution with production-driven performance targets such as UPH up to 600, yield rate 99.4%, and headcount reduction (example: 6 operators), with flexible inspection sizes from 50×50 to 400×350 mm.
Another configuration demonstrates UPH up to 8000, yield rate 99.4%, and headcount reduction (example: 20 operators), covering inspection sizes from 70×70 to 350×250 mm.

Built into stations and lines (not a “standalone camera box”)

Our AVI capability is designed to be deployed both as standalone AVI machines and as inline AOI checkpoints within automation lines—supporting traceability and real-time decisions. For example, inline processes can include AOI inspection and traceability as part of an automated dispensing/assembly workflow.

Precision handling + vision performance where it counts

In high-precision transfer/handling applications, the platform-level design targets repeatability and inspection quality with quantified performance such as upper/lower vision accuracy ≤ 5 μm/pixel, supporting stable automation and inspection outcomes.
